2025 Mid-Maryland Field Hockey Camp
Our camp features a variety of skills, drills and game play, as well as, daily snack, chalk talk and awards. Campers are welcome to bring their own snack and drink to enjoy during our snack time.

- 8:00-8:30 AM | Warm Up
- 8:30-9:00 AM | Skills
- 9:00-10:00 AM | Station Skills & Drills
- 10:05-10:25 AM | Snack
- 10:25- 10:45 AM | Chalktalk (UHS Cafeteria)
- 10:45-11:45 AM | Game Play
- 11:45am-12:00 PM | Cool-Down/Daily Awards
What to Bring:
- Field Hockey Stick
- Mouth Guard
- Shin Guards
- Reversible Jersey (light & dark)
- Indoor Shoes for Gym (sneakers)
- Outdoor Athletic Shoes
- Goal Keeper Equipment (Goalies)
- Sunscreen
- Water Bottle
